At Travel Analyst, we aim to provide transparent and responsible service. This policy outlines how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled for travel services booked through us.
By confirming a booking or making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
Travel Analyst provides travel-related services, including air tickets, hotel bookings, insurance assistance, and travel coordination.
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, insurers, and service providers.
2. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp to Travel Analyst.

Cancellations are processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.

Cancellation charges, if any, are determined by the supplier’s rules and fare conditions.

Service fees charged by Travel Analyst are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
3. Refunds

Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the cancellation policy of the airline, hotel, or service provider.

Once a supplier processes the refund, Travel Analyst will initiate the refund to the original payment method.

Refund timelines are governed by the supplier and payment gateway (Razorpay) and may take 7–21 working days or longer in some cases.

Travel Analyst is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or banks.
4. Partially Used or No-Show Bookings

No refunds are applicable for partially used services unless permitted by the supplier.

No-shows (failure to check in, board, or use a service) are typically non-refundable.

Any exceptions are strictly subject to supplier approval.
5. Changes & Amendments

Changes to bookings (dates, routes, names, hotels, etc.) are subject to availability and supplier rules.

Change fees and fare differences, if applicable, must be paid by the client.

Travel Analyst will clearly communicate any additional costs before proceeding.
6. Visa, Insurance & Ancillary Services

Fees paid for visa assistance, documentation support, or consultation are non-refundable.

Travel insurance refunds, if applicable, are governed entirely by the insurer’s policy terms.
7. Force Majeure & Exceptional Situations
In cases of events beyond control (including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, airline shutdowns):

Refunds or credits are subject to supplier policies in force at that time.

Travel Analyst will assist in recovery or rescheduling to the best possible extent, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds should be raised within 7 days of receiving the final resolution.
Travel Analyst will review and respond promptly with clarity and transparency.
