Travel Analyst provides travel-related services, including but not limited to:

24/7 customer assistance for active bookings
Services are provided on a best-effort basis, subject to availability from airlines, hotels, and third-party providers.
2. Role of Travel Analyst
Travel Analyst acts as a facilitator and service provider, coordinating bookings and arrangements on behalf of clients.

Airlines, hotels, insurers, and other suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions.

Travel Analyst is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third-party providers, government authorities, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

We take responsibility for accurate processing, coordination, and communication related to your bookings.
3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Fares and hotel rates may change until full payment is received.

Payments must be made in full to confirm bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely through authorised payment gateways such as Razorpay.
Once payment is made and services are confirmed, changes may attract additional charges as per supplier rules.
4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation, modification, and refund requests are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy of Travel Analyst and the respective supplier’s rules.

Refund timelines and amounts depend on airline, hotel, or service provider policies.

Travel Analyst will assist with processing refunds, but cannot guarantee timelines controlled by third parties.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate personal, travel, and identification details

Ensuring passport validity, visas, and travel documents meet destination requirements

Reviewing booking details and confirmations shared by Travel Analyst

Complying with airline, hotel, and immigration regulations
Travel Analyst is not liable for issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the client.
6. Visa & Immigration Disclaimer

Visa assistance, when provided, is advisory and coordination-based.

Final approval, rejection, or processing timelines are solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or authority.

Travel Analyst is not responsible for visa rejections or delays.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Travel Analyst shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our liability, if any, is limited to the service fee charged by us for the specific booking in question.

We are not responsible for losses arising from missed flights, denied boarding, schedule changes, or supplier failures beyond our control.
8. Force Majeure
Travel Analyst shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, airline disruptions, or system failures.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, communication material, and brand assets are the property of Travel Analyst and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
11. Updates to Terms
Travel Analyst reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website with a revised date.
