All services are delivered digitally and remotely. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Service Fulfilment Timeline

  • Services are initiated once payment is successfully received and confirmed.

  • Booking confirmations, itineraries, vouchers, or service updates are shared via:

    • Email

    • WhatsApp

  • Delivery timelines depend on:

    • Availability from airlines, hotels, or service providers

    • Completion of required documentation

    • Supplier confirmation timelines

In most cases, confirmations are shared within a few minutes to a few hours, unless otherwise communicated.

3. Last-Minute & Urgent Bookings

For urgent or last-minute requests:

  • Travel Analyst prioritises immediate processing.

  • Delivery timelines are dependent on real-time availability and supplier response.

  • Clients are kept informed throughout the process.

4. Delays or Exceptions

Service delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

  • Supplier system issues or downtime

  • Regulatory, airline, or hotel-imposed restrictions

Travel Analyst will proactively communicate any such delays and provide alternative solutions where possible.

5. Service Confirmation

A service is considered successfully delivered when:

  • Tickets, vouchers, or confirmations are shared with the client, or

  • The requested service has been executed as agreed

Clients are advised to review all details immediately upon receipt and notify Travel Analyst of any discrepancies.

6. Support After Delivery

  • Travel Analyst provides ongoing support for active bookings, including changes, cancellations, and assistance during travel.

  • Support availability may vary based on service type, but emergency assistance is available as committed.
